this patch removes following macros from gdbarch.sh: 


* TARGET_FLOAT_BIT
* TARGET_FLOAT_FORMAT
* TARGET_DOUBLE_BIT
* TARGET_DOUBLE_FORMAT
* TARGET_LONG_DOUBLE_BIT
* TARGET_LONG_DOUBLE_FORMAT
