As discussed this patch removes STOP_UNKNOWN and BREAKPOINT_HIT from infrun.c

ChangeLog:

     * infrun.c (inferior_stop_reason, print_stop_reason): Remove
     BREAKPOINT_HIT and STOP_UNKNOWN.
