About two months ago, I said on gdb mailing list that I'm working on
a new GDB port for Analog Devices Blackfin processor and hoped that it
could be included in the 6.4 release. Now here is it, although it's too
late for the 6.4 release. Hope 6.5 release cycle will be shorter than 6.4.

Before I worked on it, most of the source code has been there. I fixed
bugs, did much source code cleanup, turned it into multi-arch, updated
it for the latest GDB CVS.

I break the new Blackfin port into 6 logical parts. Here is the first
one, which mainly adds the Blackfin target-dependent source code for GDB.

Any comments?
