Hello,

This deletes the no longer defined architecture methods:
DEPRECATED_REGISTER_CONVERT_TO_RAW
DEPRECATED_REGISTER_CONVERT_TO_VIRTUAL
DEPRECATED_REGISTER_CONVERTIBLE
and then simplifies the directly affected code.

This code's removal makes further cleanups possible but I'll do them 
separatly.
