Hello,

This modifies the build machinery so that the program "tui" is built. 
"tui" starts up GDB's TUI (or Text User Interface).  Alternative program 
names include "tgdb", "gdbtui", ...

Comments?  Otherwize look to commit it round 16th Feb.
