	* gdbint.texinfo (Target Architecture Definition): Deprecate
	REMOTE_BREAKPOINT, LITTLE_REMOTE_BREAKPOINT, and
	BIG_REMOTE_BREAKPOINT.  Cross reference BREAKPOINT_FROM_PC.
