(I suspect you're already committed to doing too much :-)

Michael, there are several things to do here.

- re-arange dwarf2cfi so that it is paramaterized with debug info

- implement cfi-frame.[hc] (like sentinel-frame.[hc] et.al.)

- implement a fake frame unwinder using the restructured dwarf2cfi.c

- get the x86-64 and the x86 using the new frame unwind code
