Hi!

This patch represents the TUI SingleKey documentation (already sent in
http://sources.redhat.com/ml/gdb-patches/2002-08/msg00907.html).  I split
the previous patch in two for clarity.

I tested/reviewed the result on gdb.ps/gdb.dvi and gdb.info.

Can you approve this patch?
