I added your patches on top of mine for the next version (v4) of the series now. Sorry for sending you two extra emails in my test run that was only supposed to be sent to myself. I didn't have in mind that you would be added in CC automatically for the patches whose author you are, unless I tell git-send-email not to. Michael
