[PATCH RFC 5/6] Call ext_lang_find_objfile_from_buildid from solib_bfd_fopen

Change solib_bfd_fopen to call ext_lang_find_objfile_from_buildid.
This way, if the solib is not found directly, Python is given a chance
to find the file.
