[PATCH v4 44/44] testsuite, intelgt: add a test for interrupting an exited thread

On Intel GPUs we do not get exit events when a thread dispatch ends.  The
gdbserver-intelgt target synthesizes an exit event during single-stepping,
but otherwise just removes threads from the thread list.

Test that we can still interrupt an Intel GPU inferior after all resumed
threads exited.
