Now that the GDB 15 branch has been created,
this commit bumps the version number in gdb/version.in to
15.0.90.DATE-git
For the record, the GDB 15 branch was created
from commit 3a624d9f1c5ccd8cefdd5b7ef12b41513f9006cd.
