I've changed my mind about this patch.  The file is ridiculously
out of date, with 340 out of 727 entries being non-existent files.
Having the occasional commit gives the false impression that it is
being maintained.  It would probably be better to not commit a patch
that only fixes one entry, and in any case excess entries don't hurt
anybody.
