I'm one of the few who has the credentials and a mental picture for our two websites (yep, we have two copies of it). Until someone comes in and decides to revamp the whole website, something that would be very nice, IMO, its minimal work, so I've always felt it unnecessary to force others to go through the whole setup phase, just for the one patch every few years.
