This fixes nearly all the places I found -- the only exception being MI. I would have converted MI, out of a sense of consistency, but I was unsure if this was advisable. Regression tested by the buildbot. I think it would be good to check that new patches use the GNU style here. There is some text in the standards manual, but mostly it boils down to using all caps rather than <> or $ or whatever: yes: Usage: command ARG ARG no: Usage: command $arg Tom
