Implement unconditional_branch_address method for powerpc / rs6000.

gdb/ChangeLog:
    
    	* rs6000-tdep.c (rs6000_unconditional_branch_address): New function.
    	(rs6000_gdbarch_init): Register rs6000_unconditional_branch_address.
