Since Sergio qualified his answer with "I am not a Maintainer", I wanted
to confirm that I agree with Sergio's advice. :-)

I also wanted to add:

Please also verify that you have copyright assignment papers all done
with the FSF, or else start the process now, as it takes a bit of time.
