Reviewing the entire email thread, I think it's a totally different issue. I am referring to: (gdb) b simple /[...]/cleanups.c:264: internal-error: restore_my_cleanups: Assertion `*pmy_ +chain == SENTINEL_CLEANUP' failed. A problem internal to GDB has been detected, further debugging may prove unreliable. Quit this debugging session? (y or n) First guess is that this is happening inside ada-lang. And indeed, when forcing the language to C, no problemo... That's the long way of saying disregard my first paragraph above :-). -- Joel
