I have filed for it now: Invalid debug/ array bounds w/-fno-range-check and 32-bit target http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=54934 It should be at least XFAILed for 32-bit targets. If GCC accepts it as a valid bug GDB should provide a hand-modified pre-compiled .S file for i386. One should re-check the GCC Bug state before checking this GDB part it. Thanks, Jan
