Here is what I checked in.

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * MAINTAINERS (Past Maintainers): Add Chris Faylor.

Thanks! If you spot someone, please let him know that we would need
to observe his contributions for a short while before we can consider
promoting him. It doesn't have to be very long, but we like to get
to know potential candidates a little beforehand...
