Groumpf, something happened and CVS apparently did not take into
account the timestamp I gave it. I think it might have been because
it did not like the format I used to give the timestamp, but as
far as I can tell, the branch got created on the HEAD at the time,
which is pretty much what I wanted to do in practice. So I got
lucky in the end...
Branch UNFROZEN. But we need to think of getting off CVS sometime
soon, after all...
