You qualify because you posted at least one good patch. In order to
gain CVS access, you'll need to fill in the following form:

  http://www.sourceware.org/cgi-bin/pdw/ps_form.cgi

You can list me as the approver.  Once you have confirmation that
your account has been created, then commit this to MAINTAINERS,
to verify that things are working fine.
