Subject: Delete target_stopped_data_address_p.

This is never called anywhere.  In fact, AFAICS from digging up the
archives from when it was introduced, it ended up not being needed,
and it fact, no calls to it had been introduced.

Checked in.

	and don't define as macro.
	* target.c (target_stopped_data_address_p): Delete.
