Hello,

It it my pleasure to announce that Tom Tromey has accepted our invitation
to become a Global Maintainer himself. Tom has been steadily contributing
good changes to many areas in GDB, as well as providing very useful
informal reviews. Together with his dynamism and constructive approach
to working with others, we agreed that he would be a good addition
to our team.

Thank you, Tom!

        * MAINTAINERS (GLOBAL MAINTAINERS): Add Tom Tromey.

Checked in.
