In preparation for the upcoming GDB 6.7.1 release, I have
adjusted the version number in the README file.

PS: I am realizing now that I could be more efficient and bunch
    this change will several other changes I am about to make.
    Right now, I'm just following my procedure with my scripts,
    but will try to improve the scripts for 6.8/7.0.
