The glibc patches don't affect that one way or the other; this is a
copy of the gunk that appears in every file in gdbserver that uses
../gdb_proc_service.h.  I can try to rip it all out, but where you
find elf_fpregset_t seems to vary unpredictably...

I'll see what I can do.
