Mark,
I noticed yesterday that your changes have left deprecated_child_ops in
hpux-thread.c "uninitialized". It appears that inftarg.c previously
performed this operation.
Argh. I'll try to fix this, but it'll probably take me two weeks. We
can apply some band-aid if that's needed, but I prefer to fix this
properly, by turning hpux-thread.c into a proper thread stratum.
