Should PTRACE_TYPE_ARG[36] include paren vis:
#define PTRACE_TYPE_ARG3 (caddr_t)
It probably shouldn't. The autoconf AM_FUNC_SELECT_ARGS test includes
the parens, but it doesn't make any sense.
