The C++ portion is approved for mainline and branch as long as you say
that you have run it at least once with no problems.
(Trusting soul, aren't I)
Also -- when you add files to gdb.c++, you have to add to
config/djgpp/fnchange.lst. Maybe somday we could start adding
new files to gdb.cpp or something to get out from under that.
