Saw that, but Mike Harris said he ported an existing patch from 4.18 to
5.0.  Do you know if Mike Harris is the original author?  Another
respondant replied with who owned various parts of the GDB source tree --
sorry I wasn't clear in my question of who was the author (and thus who
needs paperwork on file) of this patch.
