A copy of the 64-bit PowerPC SVR4 ABI Supplement is available in
Alan Modra's Toolchain directory on the linuxppc64 website:
ftp://ftp.linuxppc64.org/pub/people/amodra/PPC-elf64abi.txt.gz
The ABI is mostly a natural mapping of the PowerOpen ABI to the
ELF file format.
