   I've checked in the attached, it fixes arc-elf and sparc-elf target builds.
   
Past tense, but you checked it in after you sent
the email :-)

   See the MAINTAINERS file for a list of the targets (and their 
   corresponding --enable-gdb-build-warnings option) that are expected to 
   always build.
