	* gnu-nat.c: Include <ctype.h>.
	(gnu_pid_to_exec_file): Add PID parameter.
	(set_sig_thread_cmd): Use PIDGET on return value from
	thread_id_to_pid.
	(proc_string): Use MERGEPID to construct argument to
	pid_to_thread_id.
