Well, I'll see the information for myself when I get to virtfunc.exp and see whether the stabs have sufficient information or not. As far as "too many possibilities" and "too much of a performance hit" goes: those are not good reasons for (a) the software to print wrong answers and then (b) the maintainers to claim that the software isn't broken.
