   I notice that the GDB reference card has not actually been
   updated since 1993 (I changed the FSF address on it awhile
   back, but of course I didn't change anything on the card.)

Since the commands were originally defined on the back of the tablets
that Moses brought down, we haven't changed them. :-)

   Is it still relevant and useful?  If not, could someone
   update it (quickly, if possible?)

It's certainly still relevant.  I don't personally know anybody who
uses the reference card, so its value is unclear.  I see more use of
the online help than anything else.
