I apologize for the delay in getting the release out.  It is about ready
to go.  In fact the reason I haven't put the final snapshot up is that
I'm verifying that the manual can be run through TeX correctly right now.

I will have something on-line tonight (possibly late tonight) and will
send the location to you and Brian Youmans.  The manual in tonight's
snapshot and the manual in GDB 4.17 will be identical.
