[PATCH 8/8] [GDBServer][AArch64] Enable support for tracepoints

gdb/gdbserver/ChangeLog:

	* linux-aarch64-low.c (aarch64_supports_tracepoints): New
	function.  Return 1.
	(the_low_target): Install it.
