[RFA/doco/7.3] Dedicate GDB version 7.3 to the memory of Michael Snyder

This is a patch I propose we apply on the 7.3 branch after my other
patch (which creates the `In Memoriam' appendix) is applied.  I propose
we apply on the the 7.3 branch only, so that we don't have to remove it
later on.

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * gdb.texinfo (titlepage): Dedicate GDB version 7.3 to
        the memory of Michael Snyder.

Tested on x86_64-linux
