Possibly, but I think I'd intended these to be hard file dependencies on
tconfig.h and cconfig.h.
I've just noticed why my testing didn't pick this up... :-( The
dependency in sim-load.h is also wrong (sim_basics_h, not
sim-basics_h). Bah! I hate make...
I'll look into it and revise the patch.
