  this is my trouble as I am mainly a pascal programmer: 
I am always lost in implicit typecast/conversion rules :(

  The patch is thus even simpler:

	* win32-nat.c (handle_load_dll): Give dll name and load address
	if debug_events is on.
	(handle_unload_dll): Likewise.
